順成塑料機(jī)械廠位于廣東省佛山市順德區(qū)大良大門(mén)工業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)。其建于1981年，是中國(guó)塑料機(jī)械行業(yè)中最具規(guī)模的民營(yíng)企業(yè)之一。Located in Damen Industrial Zone, Daliang, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, Shuncheng Plastics Machinery Factory is one of the largest private enterprises in Chinese plastics machinery industry established in 1981.
經(jīng)過(guò)20多年來(lái)的發(fā)展，企業(yè)目前已擁有20000平方米的廠房，擁有數(shù)千萬(wàn)的固定資產(chǎn)和精良設(shè)備。企業(yè)現(xiàn)有員工200多人，是一支擁有多年開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)及高效綜合加工能力的生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)。
After twenty years of development, Shuncheng boasts a plant area of 20,000 square meters, fixed assets up to tens of millions of yuan, as well as more than 200 employees composed of a technical team with many years of development experience and a production team with efficient comprehensive processing capacity.

其中，全自動(dòng)中空成型機(jī)械經(jīng)過(guò)10多年的發(fā)展，現(xiàn)已形成兩種成熟的系列機(jī)型，分別是大型儲(chǔ)料式中空成型機(jī)及中小型的吹膜機(jī)。且已連續(xù)多年大批量熱銷(xiāo)國(guó)內(nèi)外。
After over 10 years of development, the automatic hollow molding machine features two mature series models: large storage hollow molding machine and small and medium-sized film blowing machine, which are well sold at home and abroad for many years.
大型中空成型機(jī)可用于吹膜容器桶（可達(dá)200升）、工具箱包、現(xiàn)具、塑料部件等大型中空塑料制品；該機(jī)型采用進(jìn)口油壓閥控，采用美國(guó)M00G壁厚控制系統(tǒng)及日本歐姆龍PLC控制；不僅性能可靠，且觸摸屏操作方便。
The large storage hollow molding machine can be used to blow film for large hollow plastic products such as drum (up to 200 liters), tool case & bag, site tool, and plastic component; it is controlled by imported oil-pressure valve, M00G wall thickness control system of USA and Omron PLC control system of Japan; it has reliable functions and is easy to operate by touch screen.
中小型吹瓶機(jī)可用于吹制各種規(guī)格的瓶類(lèi)制品，機(jī)型齊全、質(zhì)量可靠、操作簡(jiǎn)便。
The small and medium-sized bottle blowing machine can be used to blow various bottle products, which are reliable in quality and easy to operate.
吹膜技術(shù)也發(fā)展得較為成熟，現(xiàn)可生產(chǎn)PE、PO、空冷多層吹膜機(jī)及PP水冷多層吹膜機(jī)。
The film blowing technology has been developed to a relatively mature level to manufacture PE, PO, air-cooling multilayer film blowing machine and PP water-cooling multilayer film blowing machine.
塑料擠出機(jī)及塑料造粒機(jī)更是我廠最早生產(chǎn)的成熟產(chǎn)品，已有多規(guī)格的型號(hào)供客戶(hù)選擇，也可按客戶(hù)需求定制機(jī)型。
The plastic extruder and the plastic granulator are the earliest mature products of our company, with various types available for customization.
電線、管材、板材、異型材等生產(chǎn)線我廠也積累10多年的設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并在不斷研發(fā)新型的成型工藝技術(shù)。目前可完全按客戶(hù)的要求設(shè)計(jì)不同型號(hào)的塑料制品生產(chǎn)線。
