方法
我們界定最能描述職位的各種特征：定量和定性-硬性和軟性DISC評估。一旦我們有合適的細節，我們就開始搜尋。

這些評估通過字詞組合來測試一個人的偏好，從而對行為的四個方面作出歸類（與邁爾斯-布里格斯類型指標比較）。DISC是以下單詞的縮略語：
 Dominance支配性 — 有關控制、權力和決斷
 Influence影響性 — 有關社會狀況和交際
 Steadiness穩定性（馬斯頓時期為submission服從）— 有關耐心、恒心和細心
 Conscientiousness服從性（馬斯頓時期為caution小心，compliance順從）— 有關架構和組織

Methodology
We define the characteristics which best describe the position: quantitative and qualitative – hard and soft – D-I-S-C-Assessment. Once we have the right details in place, we start search.

The assessments classify four aspects of behavior by testing a person's preferences in word associations (compare with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). DISC is an acronym for:
 Dominance – relating to control, power and assertiveness
 Influence – relating to social situations and communication
 Steadiness (submission in Marston's time) – relating to patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness
 Conscientiousness (or caution, compliance in Marston's time) – relating to structure and organization
